Nothing too exciting going on lately in Wagnerville. Tax season is in full swing, but with my new job it doesn't seem to be as stressful or time consuming. I feel like when I leave work, I actually "leave work". I know Marc is enjoying my lower than usual stress level, and the fact that he isn't basically home alone with the girls every night!
One new change at our house is the addition of our shiny new Elliptical machine! I purchased it online, and it arrived on Monday. We spent some time last night getting it set up. Marc and I definitely both have some weight to lose, and the odds of me using something in my home are about 100X greater than getting myself to the gym. With day 1 under my belt, I just need to keep telling myself it can only get easier, right?
I have always heard exercise will enhance your mood, and make you happier. This morning, after getting up 30 minutes earlier than usual, I had time to work out, shower, wake up the girls, have breakfast with them, get all 3 of us ready, and still make it to work before 8. Not a bad start! Hopefully with some motivation we can keep this routine going!
Miss Mollie is still trying hard to push through one of her top teeth. She isn't fussy, but she sure does like to bite on her toys! Everything goes in her cute little drooley mouth - and the only thing that comes out is "DA DA DA!" A little frustrating for "ma ma" to say the least :) Oh well, wouldn't be the first kid I know to be a daddy's girl! She also has started to "army crawl" within the last week, and now she can get wherever she wants to in a matter of minutes.
Allysen is loving preschool and is getting really good at writing different letters, including her whole first name. She is growing up so fast - it doesn't seem possible that she should be able to write! She is an incredible big sister - I wish I could go back and take some of the things I learned with me...sorry Jordo!!
That is all for today, I made an appointment on my calendar to hopefully keep this going!

Mom who?
Maybe if I do it every day, I'll be better?? We'll see :)
Yesterday Allysen came home from daycare with a "project". She had made a mitten, and glued different colored tissue paper to it, almost like a sun catcher. I thought it was a pretty cool craft, so I asked if it was for me. Our exchange went something like this...
Me: Oh cool Allysen, did you make this for me?
Allysen: Um, no. I made it for Heather. We should go see her and bring it to her!

Wagnerville 2.0
And again, I find myself trying to restart the blog. I recently was reminded of it, and reviewed all my previous posts. I am incredibly sad I did not continue with it!! I love remembering the little things about our crazy life :)
In case you didn't know, we were blessed with our second daughter on June 11, 2012. Her name is Mollie Jo and she is incredible! She is now almost 8 months old, and soon ready to be on the move. Allysen is a great "big sister" and Mollie makes us laugh every day. We are so lucky that both of our kids have been healthy, happy, and easy going.
Allysen is in her first year of preschool at Fisher School. She loves it. She goes full days Tuesdays and Thursdays. She even rides the school bus! We love to see the projects she brings home, and learn about her exciting days at school.
Miss Mollie (or Mollie Mouse to us) has two bottom teeth, and is one hungry baby! She loves to try new foods and sometimes will bang on her tray when it is empty and she's still hungry...thanks for that one Grandpa Rodd!
Dakota (our German Shepard) is starting to show her age. She has been having trouble controlling her bladder all night, and just doesn't get around as easily as she used to. I think she is looking forward to spring, or at least something a little warmer than -20.

Daylight Savings Time...
Daylight Savings Time sucks. Even Allysen thinks so. This morning I had to wake her up - which never happens, but since her little body thought it was 6 am when it was actually 7 am, I had to today. I pulled her out of her crib, and sat down to rock a little bit with her clutching her bicky (blanket).
"Allysen, are you ready to get dressed and go to Dawn's to play with the kids?"
"No, Aw-sen and Bicky go Ni-Ni!" she says as she shakes her head.
She spent the rest of the morning sitting on my lap while I ate my breakfast, and I'm pretty sure she almost fell asleep on the way into town to daycare.

Allysen is growing every day and learning about 10 new words each hour I think! She's trying very hard to repeat everything that is said around her, and name everything in every room. We have been lucky this far - she hasn't repeated anything she shouldn't! She's having some fun lately trying to learn how to hop. She sticks out her little butt and bounces up and down - and wants everyone to hop with her. The other night we were all three laughing and "hopping" around the living room.
She's been spending some time in the shop lately - having dinner with "uncle" Wade. They sure are fond of one another - one day I'll have to post some pics of the two of them on here, they have an absolute blast playing together.
Tax season is slowing down a little bit, I still haven't be able to get home too early but that will come soon. Spring is (hopefully) on its way, although the weather today makes me wonder :)
